Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) – Male Inpatient Mental Health Hospital
Location: Harrow, London
Salary: £37,000 – £45,000 per annum
Hours: 07:30-20:00 / 07:30-08:00 on a 3 / 4 shift pattern across 7 days (including days, nights, and weekends). Part-time hours also available.

About the Role

AXIA Healthcare is proud to partner with a highly regarded and expanding independent provider of specialist mental health services. We are currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse – either a Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered General Nurse (RGN) – to join a dedicated 26-bed inpatient hospital supporting adult males with severe and enduring mental health conditions, co-morbid physical health issues, and complex needs.

This Harrow-based hospital offers a rewarding environment where you’ll deliver exceptional care and contribute to a collaborative and supportive team. You will be working with individuals diagnosed with conditions such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, and depression.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality, compassionate, and person-centred nursing care

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual care plans

• Supporting your team to build a strong, collaborative working culture

• Monitoring, recording, and reporting changes in service users’ conditions

What We’re Looking For

• A qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered General Nurse (RGN)

• Previous experience in mental health, acute or complex care, rehabilitation, forensic, low to high secure services, or NHS/private settings

• A valid NMC pin and full right to work in the UK

• An interest in working with men who have complex mental health needs as well as physical health needs, but who are stable and not detained on a section of the Mental Health Act

• Excellent teamworking skills
