Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN) – Private Neuro Rehabilitation Hospital
Location: Clapham, South West London (SW16)
Salary: £43,742 – £50,056 per annum (including paid breaks)
Hours: Full-time and part-time options available (choose from 24, 36, 42, or 48 hours per week)
Shifts: Choose from days only (8am-8pm), nights only (8pm-8am), or mixed rotational shifts

This consultant-led service provides exceptional neuro rehabilitation to both adults and children, and is widely recognised for its clinical excellence. The hospital holds CARF and CHKS accreditations, an Outstanding CQC rating, and has received major honours including the Queen’s Award (2017) and the King’s Award (2023).
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Registered General Nurse ( RGN ) with a background in neurorehabilitation to step into the role of Clinical Lead Nurse. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about improving lives through expert, compassionate care. Key Responsibilities
As Clinical Lead Nurse ( RGN ), you will oversee the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality care within the Neuro Rehabilitation Service. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and mentoring nursing staff to maintain outstanding care standards

Providing expert clinical input and developing personalised care plans

Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice guidelines

Working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team

Identifying training needs and supporting the growth of nursing colleagues

Managing clinical risk and promoting patient safety
-
Taking part in audits and using data to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
-
Qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration
-
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in neurorehabilitation or stroke care
-
Full eligibility to live and work in the UK
-
Experience with PEG feeding and tracheostomy care is desirable
-
Ventilation experience is an advantage, though not essential
