If you choose to engage with us and we commit to working with you to find your ideal job role, AXIA Group guarantee the following:
- Total honesty and transparency throughout the recruitment process.
- Regular Updates. We will generally contact you at least once every three days as a minimum, though if you require an update at any time then just ask and we will provide you with the latest progress within a maximum of 4 working hours.
- Quality advice and support at every stage of the process.
Of course, our service is free of charge which makes it impossible for us to refund your money should we fail to provide you with the above guarantee. For that reason, in the unlikely event that we don’t live up to our guarantee, we will make a £20 donation to our chosen company charity, the Rainbow Centre.
